Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be shipped back to FarmTire.com within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or credit.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and undamaged.
  • You must have your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) and the return address from us before returning any item

To request a Return Merchandise Number (RMN), please contact us via email or live chat. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and an address.

Refund Amount

  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and the item has not shipped, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied to the total bill.
  • For orders that have already shipped, refunds will be issued for the total amount less all freight charges incurred and a 10% restocking fee on the total bill. If you choose to use our return shipping label, the cost of the label will also be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping & Responsibility

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and the customer bears the risk of loss or damage during return transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
  • Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be considered for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund first and then place a new order.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Typically, refunds are processed within 12 hours, and may take 7–14 business days to appear in your account.
