Shipping policy
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days, subject to product availability. Processing times may be longer for LTL freight shipments or during peak seasons.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Some tires may be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground. However, due to their size and weight, the majority of our tires are shipped via LTL freight.
- For orders shipped via Ground service, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after the carrier has picked up the shipment.
- For orders shipped via LTL freight, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after the carrier has picked up the shipment.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If your order has not been processed, we may be able to cancel or change the delivery address. Once the order has been shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us at webaccounts@farmtire.com for assistance.
International Shipping
International shipping is available upon request only. Duties, tariffs, and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are determined based on the destination, shipment weight, tire size, and selected carrier service.
Shipping costs depend on the destination address, tire size, and the selected carrier service. All shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment, so you can review the total cost prior to completing your purchase.
If you have any questions about your shipping costs, need a more detailed breakdown, or would like a customized freight quote, please contact us at webaccounts@farmtire.com. Our team will provide a detailed shipping estimate upon request.
Residential vs Commercial Delivery
We can ship to residential addresses, but LTL carriers often charge extra at least $130 and may delay delivery 1–2 business days. To avoid extra fees or delays, select delivery to a commercial address such as a repair shop or service center if possible.
How to avoid delays and additional residential delivery charges
– To avoid any delays and additional charges, we strongly suggest shipping your order to a commercial address, this can be a tire shop that’s doing the service for you or a local business that can receive and unload the tires.
– If you don’t have a commercial address, we will try to find the closest LTL carrier terminal from your address and arrange terminal pick up. If you would like to pick up at a terminal, please select “hold at the terminal” when you check out your order.
– Once you select “hold at terminal”, we’ll reach out to you to confirm the terminal address before processing your order.
Delivery Date Changes
The delivery date generally cannot be changed once the tires have been picked up by the LTL carrier.
Warehouse Pickup
We maintain different stock levels across our warehouses. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and assist you with the best pickup or shipping option.
* Please inspect all tires upon delivery. Note any damage or order discrepancies on the delivery receipt. farmtire.com is not responsible for issues not recorded at the time of delivery.
